1. 個人情報の取扱いについて

Asia Capital Strategies株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）は、提供されるサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用企業・提携企業・団体等（以下「利用企業等」といいます）およびユーザー（以下「ユーザー」といいます）のプライバシーを尊重し、ユーザーの個人情報を適切に管理・保護することを宣言します。当社は、個人情報保護法をはじめとする関連法令およびガイドラインを遵守します。

2. 個人情報の定義

個人情報とは、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、学校名などの記述により個人を特定できる情報、または他の情報と照合することで個人を識別できる情報を指します。

3. 個人情報の利用目的

個人情報の利用目的は以下の通りです。利用目的を超えて利用することはありません。

  1. ユーザーの本人確認およびサービス提供
  2. サービス利用に伴う連絡、メールマガジンやDMの配信
  3. ユーザーの同意に基づく、利用企業等への情報提供
  4. 属性・端末・行動履歴等に基づく広告やコンテンツの配信
  5. サービス改善、新規開発、マーケティング調査
  6. キャンペーン、アンケート、モニター、取材の実施
  7. 空メール送信者へのURL情報配信
  8. お問い合わせ、口コミ等への対応
  9. 利用規約に違反する行為への調査および確認

4. 個人情報の第三者提供

当社は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供いたしません。

  1. 法令に基づく場合
  2. 人命や財産保護が必要な緊急の場合
  3. 公衆衛生や児童の健全育成のために必要な場合
  4. 国・自治体等の公的機関の協力要請がある場合
  5. ユーザー本人の明示的な同意がある場合
  6. 合併・事業譲渡等に伴い、従前の目的範囲で承継される場合

5. 個人情報の共同利用

当社は以下の通り、個人情報の共同利用を行う場合があります。

  1. 項目：氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、生年月日、性別、勤務先、M&A取引等
  2. 共同利用者：一般社団法人M&A支援機関協会および特定事業者リスト掲載者
  3. 利用目的：特定事業者の情報共有に関する規約に基づく判断
  4. 管理責任者：一般社団法人M&A支援機関協会（詳細：https://www.maa-a.or.jp/about/）

6. 第三者提供に関する免責

以下の場合においては、当社は責任を負いかねます。

  1. ユーザーが自ら情報を開示した場合
  2. 入力情報により本人が特定された場合
  3. 外部リンク先で情報提供された場合
  4. 第三者がユーザーのID・パスワード等を取得した場合

7. 外部委託について

当社は、業務委託先に個人情報を預託する場合、信頼性を確認の上で契約を締結し、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

8. 統計データの利用

個人情報をもとに作成した匿名統計データについては、制限なく利用します。

9. 個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止等

ユーザー本人からの請求に基づき、個人情報の開示、訂正、削除、利用停止等に応じます。ただし、以下の場合はお断りすることがあります。

  1. 他者の権利・利益を害するおそれがある場合
  2. サービス運営に著しい支障が生じる場合
  3. 他の法令に違反するおそれがある場合
  4. 多額の費用を要するなど、合理的対応が困難な場合

10. 個人情報の正確性

ユーザー自身が提供する情報の正確性・最新性については、ユーザーが責任を負うものとします。

11. 機微な個人情報の取得制限

当社は以下の機微情報を原則として取得しません（ユーザーの任意提供を除く）。

  1. 思想・信条・宗教
  2. 人種・民族・身体障害等の差別要因
  3. 労働組合・政治活動に関する情報
  4. 保健医療・性生活に関する情報

12. 本人確認

Privacy Policy

1. Handling of Personal Information

Asia Capital Strategies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) respects the privacy of users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) as well as client companies, partner companies, and affiliated organizations (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Client Companies, etc.”) who use the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”), and declares that it will appropriately manage and protect personal information. The Company complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.

2. Definition of Personal Information

Personal information refers to information that can identify a specific individual, such as name, address, telephone number, email address, school name, or any other information that can be used to identify an individual when combined with other data.

3. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

Personal information shall only be used for the following purposes and will not be used beyond the scope of these purposes:

  • Identity verification and provision of the Services
  • Communications related to service use, distribution of newsletters and direct mail
  • Provision of information to Client Companies, etc., based on user consent
  • Distribution of advertisements and content based on attributes, device information, and user behavior history
  • Service improvement, new service development, and marketing research
  • Implementation of campaigns, surveys, monitoring, and interviews
  • Sending URLs to users who send blank emails
  • Responding to inquiries, reviews, etc.
  • Investigation and confirmation of actions in violation of the Terms of Use

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the User, except in the following cases:

  • When required by law
  • In cases of emergency involving human life or property
  • When necessary for public health or the sound upbringing of children
  • When cooperation is requested by national or local public agencies
  • When there is explicit consent from the User
  • In the event of a merger or business transfer, where information is succeeded within the scope of the original purpose

5. Joint Use of Personal Information

The Company may share personal information under the following conditions:

  • Items: Name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, gender, employer, M&A transactions
  • Joint Users: Japan M&A Support Organization and listed specified businesses
  • Purpose of Use: For decisions in accordance with the regulations on information sharing by specified businesses

6. Disclaimer Regarding Third-Party Disclosure

The Company shall not be held responsible in the following cases:

  • When the User voluntarily discloses personal information
  • When a User is identified based on input information
  • When information is provided via external links
  • When a third party obtains the User’s ID, password, etc.

7. Outsourcing

If the Company entrusts personal information to an external contractor, it will ensure the reliability of the contractor, enter into a contract, and conduct necessary and appropriate supervision.

8. Use of Statistical Data

Anonymous statistical data created based on personal information may be used without limitation.

9. Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

Upon request from the User, the Company will disclose, correct, delete, or suspend use of their personal information. However, such requests may be denied in the following cases:

  • If it may harm the rights or interests of others
  • If it may significantly interfere with service operations
  • If it may violate other laws or regulations
  • If the request involves excessive cost or is otherwise impractical

10. Accuracy of Personal Information

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date status of the personal information they provide.

11. Restrictions on Collection of Sensitive Information

As a general rule, the Company does not collect the following types of sensitive information (except when voluntarily provided by the User):

  • Political or religious beliefs
  • Information related to race, ethnicity, or physical disabilities
  • Information concerning labor union membership or political activities
  • Information on health, medical history, or sexual orientation

12. Identity Verification

When a request for disclosure, etc. is made, the Company will verify the User’s identity using information such as name, address, date of birth, and email address. The Company assumes no responsibility if such information is unlawfully obtained or used by someone other than the User.
